The main principles of the quality strategy are as follows
- The priority is the satisfaction of the customer towards which efforts of all employees of our Company are directed and which must be demonstrated by a complexity of requirements, economicly favourable terms and top technical level of all services.
- The care for the customer starts with the information of all potential clients about the spectrum of Company´s activities, especially about our realized projects. Their promotion belongs to the basic tasks of the Company´ s leading officials.
- Another degree of the care forthe customer is the preparation of a high quality offer that should attract the customer not only by its technical and economical aspects but also by its formal and graphic arrangement. Therefore the level of our marketing and its evaluation becomes a permanent subject of our care.
- During our work on the acquired order, the care for the customer must be concentrated on all information for the client concerning the progress of the work, conception of the technical and economical solutions, validation and verification of the product. Beside providing a high technical level, it is necessary to integrate any new or additional client`s requirements into the project and to resolve very susceptibly their repercussion on the term or price of the order. Good manners in our dealings are the basic attributes of our quality strategy.
- Once the work is finished and duly presented to the customer, our care is not over. In case of other client´s requirements, it goes on. The Company is keeping in touch with clients following the development of its projects and realizing necessary steps in favour of new orders and activities.
- The second main principle of the quality strategy of the Company METROPROJEKT Praha, Ltd., is a permanent improvement of all standards in the System of Quality Management which results from the procedural approach to the management, measurement, analyzing and evaluation of all activities.
Subsequently company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. was certified that it established and applies integrated management system for designing, engineering and advisory services in construction services in construction containing systems quality management according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, environmental management according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and occupational health and safety management according to OHSAS 18001:1999

On June the 6th, 2006 company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. was certified that it established and applied occupational health and safety management system for designing, consulting and engineering services in construction in accordance with OHSAS 18001:1999

On November the 30th, 2004 company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. was certified that it established and applies a quality system for design documents, engineering and consulting in construction in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.

On May the 20th,2005 company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. was certified that it established and applies a quality system for design documents, engineering and consulting in construction in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, ČOS 051 622 (AQUAP 2110).
