Today, 1.8.2025, the Prague Bubny-Výstaviště railway station, for which we are the general designer, was officially opened. The building is part of a complex of structures connecting the centre of Prague with Václav Havel Airport and Kladno. After 40 years, a new railway station building has been built in Prague – Bubny Station, which is now becoming one of the landmarks of Holešovice. A short transfer connection to the Vltavská metro station and adjacent tram stop will make this station a new transfer hub, whose importance will increase even more after the completion of the new Czech Philharmonic building, which will be built in the immediate vicinity of this station. The bridge flyover between Bubny station and Výstaviště stop will be the fourth longest railway bridge flyover in the Czech Republic. The new Výstaviště railway station will provide transport services to the Stromovka, Výstaviště and adjacent parts of Holešovice, with a direct and convenient transfer to tram. The footbridge above the stop, from which it is possible to watch trains passing by, will become become a popular spot for visitors to Stromovka. During the opening ceremony, METROPROJEKT received words of thanks, recognition and admiration from the Minister of Transport, the Director General of Správa železnic and the Mayor.
